How long is a spa admission valid?
Each booked spa admission includes 3 hours of access to our spa.

What happens if I arrive late?
Your booking is valid from the scheduled start time. Late arrival will result in a shorter visit, so we recommend arriving on time to fully enjoy your experience.

Are towels and bathrobes included?
Yes, towels and bathrobes are included with your spa admission. Slippers are available for purchase on site.

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, especially during weekends and peak periods.

Is there an age limit for the spa?
Yes, the spa is available to guests 16 years and older, unless otherwise stated.

Can I cancel or change my booking?
